This #LadyBeast is ready to break a sweat at a fun and intense workout, as she teaches the basics of Muay Thai boxing, a form of close-combat that utilizes the entire body as a weapon. Muay Thai is the national sport and cultural martial art of Thailand.
Join Gracie at 5pm at Beast Mode Seattle for a one-hour workout at nearby gym, Cue Crossfit, followed by shopping and a meet and greet at the store with the Victoria’s Secret model.
