Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F.
Lightly grease a standard donut pan.
Beat softened butter, vegetable oil and sugars until smooth.
Add eggs, beat until smooth.
Add vanilla, beat until combined.
Slowly add gluten-free baking mix, alternate with Planet Oat Oatmilk, until thoroughly combined.
Fill wells in donut pan 3/4 full (I used a spoon but you could also use a piping bag).
Bake for 8-10 minutes, watching closely. Remove when lightly golden and set.
Cool for 10 minutes.
