Last year was my first St. Patrick’s Day Dash and despite record rainfall that day, it still managed to be one of my favorite 5K’s all year. It’s a quick, easy run through downtown Seattle with a giant party at the end – The Post Dash Bash – which features live music, tons of sponsors, giveaways, a Costume Contest, plus the biggest St. Patrick’s Day beer garden in the region.
Here I am post-race in 2015 – looks like a good time, right?!
Last year I wore my Brooks Ghost GTX and this year I have a whole new Green get-up:
PLUS I’ll be wearing a bonus #RunHappy item that is bound to give me luck ;) You’ll have to check out the post-race recap (or see me at the run!) to see what it is!
