A few week’s ago I partnered with Hot Feet Fitness to co-host a little New Year’s sweat session, followed by cocktails and convo!
The event, HIIT List at Hot Feet Fitness, included 20 minutes of HIIT, 20 minutes of Pilates, and 20 minutes of Yoga – really the perfect total body workout.
Hot Feet Fitness is a warm studio, with the room temperature ranging from 85-95 degrees, so you will definitely work up a sweat, but not so hot that you can’t handle it.
I love the studio layout – one large room that is set up for a variety of workout styles. Their popular classes include BarreTwist, Hatha Yoga and X21 (a high intensity 21 minute body weight workout). For the sake of the event, we had an opportunity to try a little bit of everything.
We had a fantastic group of women attend, including a few of my favorite Seattle fitness bloggers: Sweet Blonde’s Fit Life, The Blonde Giraffe, All Things Kate & Peach in Seattle. Make sure to give them a follow!
Hot Feet hosted the perfect fitness party to kick off healthy habits for the New Year! And now I’m craving more time in that warm studio!
