I went through a season of running - finished 3 half marathons, and a @tough_mudder 😅⁣

Now I crave barre and yoga. Honestly, if you’re miserable with your current routine, find something you actually enjoy. There are so many free classes on YouTube that you can try in the privacy of your own home. Or just go for a walk.⁣

If you dread working out, you’re doing it wrong. Don’t waste your energy on misery. Maybe you just need a change of scenery or to mix it up once a week. Life is too short for you to be unhappy with something that is literally meant to make you happy! ⁣

We’re staying in a 2-bedroom condo @vacationsbythesea, steps away from the ocean. Our condo has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, jet tub, balcony and, is pet-friendly.⁣⁣

Honestly, this little town is a hidden gem - very few people, easy to social distance, and the food scene is 👌🏻⁣⁣

We haven’t traveled much over the past few months...but we made it to Westport twice if that tells you anything ✨⁣⁣
