Next to travel, the topic I’ve shared more than anything else on this blog is Brooks running shoes. Whether you’re training for a marathon or just getting in that extra cardio before school pick up, Brooks is by far my favorite athletic shoe – especially when it comes to trail running.
And they’re one of my favorite travel companions…
When I travel, half of my luggage weight is ALWAYS shoes…and even when I really try to refine I’m still having to stuff extra pairs in my carry-on when the scale tips past that terribly conservative 50lbs! It’s something I’m working on…but regardless, I always bring a pair of @brooksrunning for early morning workouts…and that will never change. The new Caldera 3 is super lightweight with a sticky TrailTack rubber outsole – perfect for even the muddiest of trails.
Brooks Spring Collection 2019
Let’s get into my favorite Brooks trail running shoes this spring…
Cruise over rocks, roots and rolling terrain in shoes designed to keep up on off-road adventures.
- Caldera 3 – It’s time to discover your inner mountain goat. Lightweight cushioning and a sticky TrailTack rubber outsole keep you going mile after muddy mile.
- Cascadia 13 – As famous on the trails as Bigfoot, the latest Cascadia offers the traction, stability and cushioning you love, with bolder, sleeker design.
- Cascadia 13 GTX – Head straight for the mud puddles thanks to the waterproof GORE-TEX® upper. Rugged traction, plenty of cushioning, and SUV-like stability complete the package.
- PureGrit 7 – Be one with the trail. With plenty of traction, these light, low-profile trail shoes let you stay connected to the trail literally—and maybe spiritually.
You can find all of these styles, along with my other favorite travel-ready fitness products on my Amazon Shop page!
