The sun finally returned this week (for a few hours at least) and it felt like we could all breathe again. The blue skies, warm air and bright green grass has rekindled our love for being outside and dare I say it – happy?! You know we’ve all felt the Seattle blues, but this year it has been unreal. I dug my heels in to not let those rainy upon rainy upon rainy days get to me…but eventually you just want to stay inside, bury yourself in a blanket and overdose on Netflix. But I’m pleased to say – the time has finally come where we can enjoy the great outdoors – something we’re supposed to revel in here in the PNW. And to celebrate, I’m excited to announce Wanderlust 108 is returning to Seattle on May 21st and I’d LOVE for you to join me – and shine bright in the sun – rejoicing for it’s triumphant return!

Wanderlust 108 is full day celebration in support of the mindful movement, featuring a triathlon unlike any you’ve ever known. We bring together three intentional activities in your favorite local park: a 5K* run, an outdoor yoga flow class, and a guided meditation. Following the triathlon, you can take one scheduled activity, such as acroyoga, AIReal Yoga™, hooping, or walking meditation.
Nationally recognized teachers, spiritual leaders, and musical talent are featured at each event to make for a fun-filled, empowering day both on and off your mat. From DJs on the main stage to local vendors offering organic food and crafts, and charitable organizations making an impact in your local community,
Join a vibrant community to spread love, peace, compassion, and well-being into the world. #ComeTogether
*The 5K is approximate.
I attended Wanderlust 108 last year and brought Adalyn with me. You can view our experience HERE! This year, I’m actually bringing both of my daughters (ages 4 & 6). I hope you’ll join us – it’s definitely an event you don’t want to miss!
Cheers to a healthy mind, body and soul!
Disclosure: Wanderlust 108 graciously provided complimentary tickets, however, the opinions expressed here represent my own, which I take great pride in providing pure honesty…because I’m OBSESSED with sharing the Good!
